• There is a $14 minimum shipping charge on all orders.
• Shipping charges are computed based on your order total at checkout (see Shipping Chart below).
• There is a 15% restocking fee on all unopened returned marketing tools.
• Most orders are shipped within 4-7 working days unless otherwise noted.
• There is an additional $5 residential delivery charge on all orders shipped to a residential address.
• Check your order upon receipt, even if you are not going to use it immediately. We are not responsible for errors or omissions after 30 days of receipt of your order. No exceptions.
• No orders will be shipped until paid in full (no CODs).
